You could go and capture all the elite skills from all bosses in Factions.

You could go through the game again, but in Hard Mode to test yourself. Or not the entire game, just the quests.

Get masters for all missions, granting you a new title.

Do some of the elite areas of Factions like Underworld and Fissure of Woe.

I quit playing after getting to level 20 because I had obviously finished everything in the game. It only took me 25 hours to finish Guild Wars - some people have thousands of hours in their "/age" command: they obviously are a lot worse at Guild Wars to take so long to finish the game.

Just because your level 20 does not mean you've finished the game. There are a ton of other things you can do, finish campaigns, ab, gvg, pvp, farming, title and skill hunting, farming, etc. There is a whole long list of things to do .

The game starts at level 20. For starters, you could buy the other campaigns, and the expansion pack (which is meant for level 20's only). Other than that, you could hit the UW/FoW... you could work on some elite armor for your HoM... you could work on some titles.... or you could just find a good place to farm. There are tons of them.

Or, of course, you could hit PvP.

In theory the metagame was supposed to be PvP. If you are not into that consider elite areas, farming, title grindng, ad of course another. YOu can always start another char if you get too bored. GW is not about reaching level 20 and completing a campaign. Going through the missions was supposed to give you some degree of skill needed in what you do next.

You sarcasm detector needs some serious overhaul. Lets give you something to help you tune it better:

OP: I would recomend moving from Barrens to Ashenvale.

Vanquishing(HM), Exploring(Should be done as you've gone but can always go back .)

After you reach level 20, you could start Hard Mode or you could move on to the other campaigns and finish them for more experience points and skills.

Either PvP, farm, buy all the other campaigns or make a new char.

I'd suggest the 2 latter ones.

Edit: 4-5 missions form beating factions? you're a little more than halfway through Factions then mate ^^
